On April 10, 2023, a 21-year-old man named Mohammad Shamim was discovered dead near a shrine in Welcome, a locality in northeast Delhi, India. The police were alerted around 6:45 PM and quickly arrived at the scene, where they found the body. Following a forensic examination, the body was sent to GTB Hospital for a post-mortem.
