In a troubling incident in Ludhiana district, Punjab, India, four men have been arrested for allegedly assaulting and robbing Vikas Kapoor, a college student. The attack occurred on Thursday night near Birmi village along the Sidhwan Canal. Kapoor was waiting for a friend when the assailants approached him on two motorcycles. They demanded he exit his vehicle, and when he refused, they vandalized it with blunt weapons.
