Godrej Industries Group has announced a series of leadership transitions as part of its generational succession plan. Nadir Godrej, the current Chairperson, will retire upon reaching 75 years in August 2026, transitioning to the role of Chairman Emeritus. He will step down from the boards of several companies within the group, including Godrej Industries, Godrej Agrovet, Godrej Consumer Products, and Godrej Properties. Pirojsha Godrej, currently the Chairperson Designate, will take over as Chairperson of the Godrej Industries Group and Godrej Industries on August 14, 2026. Burjis Godrej will assume the role of Chairperson of Godrej Agrovet and join the Board of Godrej Industries as a Non-Executive Director.
