The Cyber Crime Unit of Surat police arrested Ankit Ajudiya (29) and Maulik Dudhagara (25) for allegedly cheating over 4,200 customers across 20 states in India by selling low-quality garments through their website, www.pavitrawear.com. The accused advertised ladies' wear priced between ₹1,000 and ₹1,300 but sent items worth only around ₹200. Following complaints from customers in Ghaziabad, police conducted raids and discovered over 1,000 additional complaints from customers nationwide.
