The tragic deaths of two young sisters, Raha (2.5 months old) and Mishri (3 years old), in Chandkheda, a locality in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, have left many questions unanswered. The parents, Vimal and Bhavna Prajapati, initially suspected food poisoning from dosa batter purchased from a nearby dairy. However, police investigations have almost ruled out this possibility, particularly for Raha, who was too young to consume solid food. Both girls died within two days, with Raha passing away on April 4 and Mishri on April 5. The parents are currently receiving treatment at KD Hospital. Authorities are now looking into other potential causes of death, including the possibility of deliberate poisoning, as there is no evidence of financial distress or familial issues that could suggest a motive for mass suicide. Investigations are ongoing, with postmortem and toxicology reports awaited to determine the exact cause of death.
