On April 2, 2026, in Gurugram, Policybazaar announced the expansion of its Assured Delivery Program (ADP) to 186 cities across India, building on its successful launch in 100 cities. This initiative aims to simplify the motor insurance claims process by addressing common issues such as delays and the need for frequent follow-ups. The program offers a dedicated point of contact for customers, ensuring cashless claims, timely vehicle repairs, and free pick-up and drop services. Minor repairs under ₹50,000 are completed within seven days, with warranties on repaired parts. Since its launch in 2024, nearly 30,000 customers have benefited from a more efficient claims experience. Sandeep Saraf, Business Head at Policybazaar, emphasized the program's commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction, with plans for further expansion, particularly in Tier 3 cities.
