Madhav Ram, a 63-year-old retired employee of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), was found murdered in his home located in the Mandir Marg area of New Delhi on Sunday. According to police reports, Ram was discovered by his nephew around 5:30 PM, lying in a pool of blood with a severe neck injury. Despite being rushed to Lady Hardinge Hospital, he was pronounced dead upon arrival. Authorities stated that Ram had no known conflicts with anyone, although his family mentioned he had lent money to someone who had not repaid it. The police have registered a case against unknown individuals and are currently examining CCTV footage from the area to identify potential suspects. Deputy Commissioner of Police Sachin Sharma confirmed that police teams are actively working to apprehend those responsible for this crime.
