The ATS charge-sheet indicates that Kurulkar engaged in 'explosive' chats with the woman, who used multiple fake identities, including Zara Dasgupta and Juhi Arora, to communicate with him. The investigation revealed that Kurulkar discussed sensitive defense projects, such as the Meteor missile project, BrahMos project, and the Agni-6 missile launcher project, in an attempt to cultivate a relationship with her. The court expressed concerns that he might abscond if granted bail, leading to the rejection of his application.
