On Wednesday evening, a 25-year-old man from Sitapur district, Uttar Pradesh, immolated himself near the Sector 40 police station in Gurugram, Haryana. The incident occurred between 8:15 PM and 8:30 PM as he was due for an inquiry related to a complaint filed by his ex-girlfriend, alleging that he had taken her belongings.
