Khan is one of eight employees facing serious allegations, including rape and sexual harassment, linked to a complaint from a 23-year-old colleague against a senior employee. Her family expressed distress over the allegations, stating that she has been unfairly implicated and has not been involved in any wrongdoing. They are preparing to file for anticipatory bail amid ongoing investigations. The situation escalated after the police filed multiple FIRs based on the initial complaint, which included serious charges against her colleagues. The police have recently rearrested two male suspects in connection with new harassment cases at the workplace.
