During the international conference 'Mahakal: The Master of Time' held in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan proposed the establishment of 'Mahakal Standard Time' (MST) to replace Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
