Prestige Estates Projects Limited has officially launched Prestige Golden Grove, a significant residential township located in Tellapur, Hyderabad, with a gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹9,500 crore. The project encompasses 28.6 acres and will provide around 10.36 million square feet of saleable area, featuring 5,120 residential units. The township will offer a variety of apartment configurations, including 2, 3, 3.5, and 4-bedroom options, with unit sizes ranging from 1,169 square feet to 3,013 square feet. Prices for these units are expected to fall between ₹1 crore and ₹3 crore. Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Group, emphasized Hyderabad's importance as a key market, noting the city's strong demand driven by infrastructure development and economic growth. The project aims to enhance community living with ample open spaces and lifestyle amenities, reinforcing Prestige Estates' strategy to expand in high-growth urban areas.
