Eimco Elecon (India) experienced a significant decline in its standalone net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26, dropping 57.22% to ₹6.36 crore compared to ₹14.87 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. Despite this downturn, the company's revenue from operations saw a modest increase of 4.04%, reaching ₹66.88 crore. The profit before tax also suffered, falling 54.55% to ₹8.94 crore. Total expenses surged by 16.09%, amounting to ₹56.62 crore, driven by various operational costs. Notably, the cost of materials consumed decreased by 21.44% to ₹22.97 crore, while distributor compensation rose by 1.61% to ₹7.57 crore. In light of its performance, Eimco Elecon has recommended a dividend of ₹4 per equity share, contingent on approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
