Launched by Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar in Kochi, the 1.33-minute video features Kelkar dancing on the seashore alongside key election officials, including Anu Kumari, the District Collector of Thiruvananthapuram, and Assistant Collector Dr. Sivasakthivel. The upbeat song encourages participation with lyrics highlighting that 'one vote can alter the fate.' To further engage young voters, the Election Commission has implemented several initiatives, such as offering free rides to polling stations within a two-kilometer radius in Ernakulam and Thiruvananthapuram, and providing treats like ‘halwa’ for first-time voters. Additionally, the state-run SupplyCo plans to sell rice flour at Re 1 on April 10 and 11, following the elections. These efforts aim to foster a culture of voting among the youth in Kerala.
