Proposals for areas in Ballia, Hathras, Fatehpur, Barabanki, and Chitrakoot were also reviewed, leading to necessary modifications. A significant decision was made to implement a drone-based monitoring system to oversee civil, electrical, and waste management works. Furthermore, policies were directed to be amended to expand the land bank, with plans to allocate 75% of the land through traditional methods and the remaining 25% via e-auction.
