This initiative aims to digitize daily healthcare data and enhance monitoring mechanisms. Dr. Rakesh Sharma, additional director of health in Prayagraj, stated that the integration of all Ayushman Arogya Mandirs onto the platform will enable real-time tracking of patient examinations and improve service delivery. The system, as noted by Dr. Harit Saxena, divisional project manager of the National Rural Health Mission, will provide live, ground-level data to the government. The ODK app is designed to work effectively even in areas with limited internet connectivity, ensuring transparency through digital processes. The collected data will assist in identifying regional disease trends and assessing timely requirements for medicines and healthcare personnel. Currently, there are 521 centres in Prayagraj, 228 in Pratapgarh, 229 in Fatehpur, and 136 in Kaushambi, all of which are being integrated with the ODK app.
