The registration for the 2026-27 academic session of Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) has concluded, and students are now awaiting the provisional admission lists. The first list for Balvatika-1 and Balvatika-3 will be published on April 8, 2026, while the Class I list will be available on April 9, 2026. In Assam, Kerala, and Puducherry, both lists will be released on April 10, 2026, due to local elections. If seats remain vacant, KVS will issue a second provisional list on April 16, 2026, and a third on April 21, 2026. Offline admissions for special categories will start on April 22, 2026, with a second notification for registrations. For other classes, lists will be announced on April 13, 2026, and admissions will occur from April 15 to April 20, 2026. Admissions for Class XI will begin after the CBSE Class X results, with a final deadline for all classes, except Class XI, set for June 30, 2026.
