He reflected on how last year, both Hamilton and Verstappen were more supportive, offering guidance as he entered the sport. This year, however, their interactions have shifted. Antonelli noted that Verstappen's struggles with his Red Bull car may have limited his ability to provide advice. Despite this, Hamilton did share crucial advice, emphasizing the importance of being oneself and enjoying racing amidst the pressures of the sport. Antonelli acknowledged that experience is his biggest hurdle compared to seasoned drivers like his teammate George Russell, but he remains confident in his ability to compete for the title, stating that his recent victories prove he can beat anyone when he performs at his best.
