Lodha Developers Ltd, based in Mumbai, reported pre-sales of ₹20,530 crore for the fiscal year 2025-26, falling short of its guidance of ₹21,000 crore. This 16% increase from the previous year's ₹17,630 crore was affected by the ongoing Iran war, which led to a ₹470 crore shortfall in sales bookings. In the January-March quarter (Q4 FY26), the company recorded a 23% rise in pre-sales to ₹5,890 crore, benefiting from strong seasonal demand. Customer collections also improved, reaching ₹5,230 crore, marking an 18% year-on-year increase. Lodha Developers added 12 new projects across major markets, including the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, Bengaluru, and the National Capital Region (NCR), with a total gross development value of approximately ₹60,000 crore. Despite the overall residential market showing signs of plateauing, the top four developers, including Lodha, continue to report robust sales. However, a report indicated that home sales in India's leading cities dropped by 13% year-on-year, marking a significant decline for the first time in 18 quarters.
