A digital platform, tentatively named 'Serve and See India', is being developed to facilitate registration for these activities by both domestic and international tourists. District Magistrate Medha Roopam highlighted the district's potential in cultural tourism and its ability to contribute to economic growth and job creation. However, the initiative is currently at a conceptual stage, with no timeline for rollout announced. District Tourism Officer Suresh Rawat emphasized the importance of integrating local non-governmental organizations and cultural institutions to ensure that visitors can engage meaningfully with the community. The success of this model will rely on effective implementation and coordination with local organizations.
