In a shocking incident in Mangolpuri, a neighborhood in outer Delhi, a 35-year-old woman was allegedly murdered by her 22-year-old boyfriend. The police discovered her body stuffed inside a storage compartment of a bed in a paying guest accommodation on Tuesday evening. The case was reported after the property owner found a leg protruding from the bed box. The accused, along with his 50-year-old uncle and a 52-year-old friend, has been arrested. The woman, who worked as a domestic help, is survived by her husband and three children. According to police, the accused confessed to the murder, claiming he acted in a fit of rage after the woman refused to engage with him and his accomplices. The police are investigating potential sexual harassment prior to the murder, and charges have been filed under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
