Denta Water's stock price soared by 18.5% over three consecutive trading sessions following the reaffirmation of its credit ratings by CARE Ratings. The company's share price opened at ₹266.35, a rise from the previous close of ₹244.65. This surge follows the announcement that CARE Ratings reaffirmed a 'CARE BBB' rating with a stable outlook on the company's long-term bank facilities worth ₹10.50 crore and short-term facilities totaling ₹100.50 crore. Analysts are optimistic about Denta Water's prospects due to its alignment with the ₹8.7 lakh crore Jal Jeevan Mission 2.0, which aims to enhance rural water supply. The company has secured contracts worth nearly ₹400 crore in Karnataka and has a robust order book of ₹841 crore, ensuring long-term revenue visibility. Denta Water's Chairman, C. Mruthyunjaya Swamy, emphasized the company's strategic position in India's water security initiatives, particularly in groundwater recharge and wastewater treatment. The company's revenue for Q3FY26 reached ₹535.2 million, an increase from ₹513.5 million year-on-year, although profit after tax saw a slight decline.
