Advance Agrolife has announced that it secured a letter of intent (LoI) valued at ₹30.37 crore (approximately $3.65 million USD) from National Fertilizers for the supply of various agrochemicals. The contract requires a 5% security deposit and stipulates that payments will be made within 90 days of invoicing. This agreement will remain effective until September 30, 2026, and is based on specific requirements for agrochemicals in National Fertilizers' marketing territory. Notably, Advance Agrolife clarified that neither its promoters nor any related entities have interests in National Fertilizers, ensuring the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction. In its recent financial performance, the company reported an 8.3% increase in standalone net profit, reaching ₹3.01 crore on a 17.2% rise in revenue from operations, totaling ₹132.64 crore in the third quarter of FY26 compared to the same period last year. However, shares of Advance Agrolife experienced a decline of 7.73%, closing at ₹107.97 on April 10, 2026.
