In a shocking incident in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, a four-year-old girl was allegedly raped and killed by her maternal uncle. The girl's body was discovered under a parked car on Saturday evening, after the uncle had taken her to his home under the pretext of playing. Police reported that the uncle is currently on the run. According to the child's father, the uncle took the girl around noon, and when she did not return by evening, he inquired about her whereabouts. The uncle falsely claimed he had dropped her off, prompting the father to search for her, ultimately leading to the grim discovery of her body. An FIR has been registered against the uncle under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Protection Of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, and police are pursuing necessary legal actions.
