Sam Altman's home in San Francisco was targeted again on Sunday morning, just two days after a Molotov cocktail was thrown at the property. The San Francisco Police Department arrested two suspects, Amanda Tom (25) and Muhamad Tarik Hussein (23), for negligent discharge of a firearm. The incident involved a Honda sedan from which a shot was fired at Altman's residence. Surveillance footage and security staff reports confirmed the gunshot. The vehicle's license plate was captured, leading to the suspects' arrest. Previously, on April 10, a 20-year-old man, Daniel Alejandro Moreno-Gama, had thrown a Molotov cocktail at Altman's home, which was quickly extinguished by security. Altman suggested that the attacks may stem from recent negative media coverage, including an article in the New Yorker that raised doubts about his character. He emphasized the need for policy measures to navigate the societal changes brought about by artificial intelligence.
