Gandhi accused Assam's Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and the BJP of corruption, alleging that approximately 98,400 bighas of land have been appropriated from local residents and transferred to large corporations, turning Assam into a 'land ATM.' He also outlined Congress's commitments, including monthly financial assistance for women, ₹1,250 for senior citizens, and permanent land documents for 1 million indigenous people. Gandhi further criticized the BJP's governance model for its centralization and expressed concerns about the India-US trade deal, which he believes is detrimental to India's interests.
