Radha Sukhadia, a Pune-based cosmetologist, embarked on her entrepreneurial journey in 2020 by creating small batches of skincare products at home. With a diploma in cosmetology from CIDESCO International in Zurich, Switzerland, she founded her brand 'Radha’s Cosmic World' before rebranding to 'Satva – Organic Food for Skin' in 2023. Her mission is to provide clean, natural skincare solutions while ensuring transparency in product ingredients. Drawing from her experience at Lakme, where she trained students in skincare, Radha recognized a shift in consumer awareness regarding the ingredients in beauty products. To build trust, she conducts lab tests and adheres to safety standards, including FDA approval and ISO certification. Currently, she seeks investments to expand her business into B2B markets and retail chains, while also developing new product ideas such as mono-dose facial kits. Radha's goal is to make 'Satva' a household name in India and beyond.
