The court's interim order mandates that while Gawade can write his exams, his answer sheets will be sealed until a final decision is made. The university contends that students who do not meet the attendance requirement must re-register and restart the semester. The court has scheduled a final hearing for June 10, during which the university is required to submit an affidavit regarding the matter. If the petition is dismissed, Gawade will need to seek fresh admission under university rules.
