NBCC (India) Ltd, a state-run property developer, is targeting ₹18,000 crore (approximately $2.2 billion USD) in revenue for the financial year 2027, marking a significant rise from the ₹14,000 crore expected for FY26. The chairman and managing director, KP Mahadevaswamy, noted that previous delays in project approvals had pushed some redevelopment initiatives into FY27, affecting revenue generation. However, he expressed confidence that most projects are now on track. Key revenue drivers include a 32-acre residential project in Ghitorni, south Delhi, projected to generate over ₹9,000 crore, and additional revenue from ₹6,500 crore in sales from Sarojini Nagar. The company also plans to implement redevelopment projects in Jammu & Kashmir and Goa, utilizing a self-sustainable funding model. Furthermore, NBCC is expanding its international footprint with developments in Seychelles and Dubai, including a mixed-use project acquired for AED 16 million (approximately ₹38 crore).
