In a violent incident in Rani Bagh, northwest Delhi, two men, Lal Babu alias Lalu and Kundan, were arrested after a brief gunfight with police. This confrontation occurred hours after they allegedly stabbed 40-year-old Raju, a resident of Pitampura village, to death near a bus stand close to Ashiyana Apartments. Raju was rushed to Bhagwan Mahavir Hospital but succumbed to his injuries. Following the murder, police formed multiple teams to locate the suspects, who were identified through CCTV footage.
