The transactions involved four separate deals, with land sizes ranging from 0.208 hectares to 0.718 hectares. Notably, a 0.405-hectare plot was sold for ₹50 lakh, while a larger parcel fetched ₹75 lakh. All sales were registered on April 7, 2026, with a combined stamp duty of ₹11.70 lakh. Karjat, located in Raigad district, is gaining popularity as a second home destination, particularly due to its proximity to the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport and enhanced infrastructure. Nigam's real estate dealings follow a trend within his family, including a commercial property lease in Santacruz East valued at over ₹12.61 crore and a recent purchase by his father in Madh Island for ₹10 crore. Beyond real estate, Nigam is celebrated for his extensive music career, having recorded over 6,000 songs in multiple languages and receiving the Padma Shri award in 2022.
