V2 Retail, one of India's fastest-growing retail companies, reported a substantial 59.92% increase in standalone revenue, reaching ₹798 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹499 crore in Q4 FY25. This growth was bolstered by a 7.74% rise in same store sales, attributed to the company's effective data-driven assortment strategy and focus on high sell-through rates. During the quarter, V2 Retail opened 33 new stores while closing 2, strategically targeting consumption-driven demand in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. The company's total retail footprint now spans approximately 35 lakh square feet across India, with a total of 325 stores as of March 31, 2026. Additionally, V2 Retail's consolidated net profit saw a remarkable 99.37% increase, reaching ₹102.06 crore in Q3 FY26, up from ₹51.19 crore in the same quarter last year. Despite these strong results, V2 Retail's stock fell 1.66% to ₹186.30 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
