On Saturday, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini laid the foundation for four significant development projects in Faridabad, totaling ₹120.76 crore (approximately $14.5 million USD). The projects encompass the construction of a rest house at ₹50.61 crore, a dispensary-cum-chief medical officer office costing ₹41.70 crore, sewerage line installations at ₹25 crore, and a school building in Old Faridabad at ₹3.45 crore. During the 'Dhanyavaad Evam Viksit Faridabad Rally', Saini highlighted the government's commitment to enhancing the city's infrastructure, connectivity, and public services. He also introduced a cleanliness mascot to promote sanitation initiatives and distributed e-appointment letters to 1,331 youths from a recent employment fair. Saini asserted that 44 announcements for the area have been made over the past 11.5 years, with 24 already completed. He expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister for reducing excise duties on petroleum products, ensuring adequate fuel availability in the state. Union Minister of State for Cooperation Krishan Pal Gurjar praised the visible development in Faridabad over the past 12 years, while Haryana Cabinet Minister Vipul Goel stated that 'Viksit Faridabad' is rapidly becoming a reality.
