On Saturday, five individuals were arrested in relation to an explosion outside the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) headquarters in Chandigarh, India. The suspects, identified as Balwinder Lal (alias Shami), Jasvir Singh (alias Jassi), Charanjit Singh (alias Channi), Rubal Chauhan, and Mandeep (alias Abhijot Sharma), are believed to be part of a network linked to Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).
