Abhey Singh, popularly known as 'IIT Baba' after his rise to fame during the Mahakumbh Mela in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, married Pratika, an engineer from Bengaluru, Karnataka, on February 15 in Himachal Pradesh. Their wedding coincided with Mahashivratri, a significant Hindu festival. The couple, who met a year ago, expressed their happiness and plans to establish a university that merges modern education with spiritual teachings. Singh, a former aerospace engineering student from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT-B), transitioned from a career in science to pursue spirituality, emphasizing the connection between scientific understanding and spiritual exploration. After the wedding, Singh returned to his hometown in Jhajjar, Haryana, where traditional rituals welcomed the couple, marking their new beginning together.
