Inventurus Knowledge Solutions (IKS), based in Mumbai, is in advanced discussions to secure a $675 million offshore loan to fund its acquisition of TruBridge, a healthcare IT and revenue cycle management company listed on Nasdaq. The loan is being arranged by a consortium of major banks including Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, and Deutsche Bank, with each expected to underwrite $225 million. The loan facility is likely to be priced at approximately SOFR plus 275 basis points, reflecting competitive terms for such a large transaction. This acquisition would represent IKS's largest deal to date, following its evaluation of TruBridge reported earlier this year. After initial underwriting, the loan will be syndicated to a broader group of lenders, including both Indian and foreign banks, based on demand during syndication.
