Today, approximately 70 residents benefit from a safe living environment, hygiene facilities, and access to support services, including a methadone treatment program. Green announced that A Better Tent City has received a two-year permit extension from the City of Kitchener, allowing it to continue its mission of providing support and stability for its residents.
