HDB Financial Services shares jumped over 12% in early trading on Thursday, reaching ₹724.00 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) after the company reported impressive Q4 results for FY26. The non-bank lender's net profit surged to ₹751 crore, a 41.4% increase from ₹531 crore in the same quarter last year. Interest income also saw a 13% rise, totaling ₹4,081 crore. Additionally, the company's assets under management (AUM) grew by 10.7% to ₹1,18,733 crore as of March 31, 2026. HDB Financial Services' management indicated stability in performance despite geopolitical tensions affecting the market. The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per share and approved borrowing up to ₹32,825 crore through debt securities. Brokerages like Motilal Oswal and JM Financial have adjusted their target prices to ₹720 and ₹710, respectively, reflecting a positive outlook for the company’s growth potential, particularly in asset quality and disbursement rates.
