In a phone call with Pakistan's foreign minister, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi criticized the US for its demands and threats, suggesting they reflect a lack of sincerity in negotiations. This incident comes just days before the expiration of a ceasefire, heightening tensions between Washington and Tehran. Additionally, it casts doubt on upcoming US-Iran negotiations scheduled to take place in Islamabad, with Iranian state media reporting skepticism about the talks following the seizure.
