The project aims to create a vibrant urban hub that will attract businesses and investments, leveraging its proximity to the Navi Mumbai International Airport and the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link. MMRDA plans to develop mixed-use neighborhoods that include both luxury and affordable housing, emphasizing transit-oriented development. Sanjay Mukherjee, the Metropolitan Commissioner of MMRDA, highlighted the importance of participatory development, stating that the project is designed to empower landowners to make informed decisions that align with their aspirations.
