The organization is looking for applicants for various roles, including inclusion assistants, teacher assistants, site supervisors, and family service assistants. Early Childhood Education Coordinator Ralph Carrillo noted that many positions are available due to retirements and staff advancement. Applicants should bring a current résumé, college transcripts, and letters of recommendation. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and at least 12 college credits in child development. Carrillo emphasized the potential for long-term career growth within the organization, highlighting a supportive and family-oriented work environment. Conditional job offers will be provided at the job fair, with most new hires expected to begin onboarding within two to four weeks.
