In March, seven mutual funds made a complete exit from 18 stocks as part of their active portfolio management, according to a report by Nuvama Institutional Equities. The HDFC Mutual Fund sold off three stocks, including Elecon Engineering, TCPL Packaging, and TD Power Systems. Similarly, SBI Mutual Fund divested from three stocks, namely ITC, Godrej Properties, and Angel One. Kotak Mutual Fund made a complete exit from Indraprastha Gas, while Axis Mutual Fund sold Nifty Bank, Eicher Motors, and Tata Power. Nippon India Mutual Fund exited from Grasim Industries, Honeywell Auto, and Indiamart International, and Quant Mutual Fund sold Wipro, ONGC, and Tata Steel. Lastly, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund divested from Mankind Pharma and Aditya AMC.
