Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) is set to announce its Q4 FY26 earnings on April 24, 2026. The company's board will also consider approving a final dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. Following the announcement of the earnings date, RIL shares rose by 1.6%, closing at ₹1,364.90 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Over the past year, RIL's stock has appreciated by 10%, outperforming the benchmark indices Nifty and BSE Sensex, which gained 4%. In the previous quarter, RIL reported a consolidated net profit of ₹18,645 crore, marking a 0.56% year-on-year increase, with revenues from operations rising 11% to ₹2.69 lakh crore. The company’s EBITDA for the same period was ₹50,932 crore, reflecting a 6% YoY growth, driven by strong performance in its Jio and Oil-to-Chemicals (O2C) segments. Meanwhile, Jio Financial Services reported a 14% decline in net profit for Q4 FY26, with total revenue from operations surging 106% year-on-year to ₹1,019 crore.
