Naomi White, a 5-foot-9 guard from Northern Arizona University, has committed to the Tennessee Lady Vols basketball team for the 2026 season. During her time with the Lumberjacks, White played in 29 games, starting all of them, and averaged an impressive 20.4 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game. Her performance earned her the title of 2025-26 Big Sky Freshman of the Year and a spot on the First Team All-Conference. White's achievement marks her as the eighth player in Northern Arizona's history to receive freshman of the year honors, the first since Alyssa Rader in 2016. She joins fellow transfer Avery Mills from Liberty University as part of Tennessee's efforts to strengthen their roster following the opening of the NCAA transfer portal after the national championship game.
