Prime Video has decided not to renew its young adult series 'The Runarounds' for a second season, marking the end of the show after just one season. The cancellation, reported by Deadline, occurred a few months ago without much public announcement. Lilah Pate, the female lead of the series, has since secured a regular role in 'Frisco King', a spinoff of 'Tulsa King' created by Taylor Sheridan for Paramount+. Although the series is concluding, the rock band featured in the show, which includes stars William Lipton, Axel Ellis, Jeremy Yun, Zende Murdock, and Jesse Golliher, will continue to tour until the end of June. The band expressed their gratitude to fans and supporters through an Instagram post, emphasizing that while the TV series may have ended, their musical journey is just beginning. The series was created by Jonas Pate, who is also known for co-creating the popular Netflix series 'Outer Banks'.
