The Florida State Seminoles have officially entered the recruitment race for three-star wide receiver Namajay Thompson, who is from Shelby, North Carolina. After hosting Thompson and extending a scholarship offer, FSU has become a key player in his recruitment. He has scheduled an official visit to Tallahassee on June 5. Thompson's impressive junior season saw him catch 53 passes for 865 yards and 13 touchdowns, along with a punt return for a touchdown.
