Lorenz Larkin, a 39-year-old veteran of UFC and Bellator MMA, has announced his withdrawal from the Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) event titled 'Rousey vs. Carano' on May 16 at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles due to a knee injury. Larkin was set to face Jason Jackson in a welterweight bout, but it is currently unclear if Jackson will have a replacement opponent. Larkin expressed his regret on Instagram, stating, "I'm sorry to all the fans but I had to pull out of the Netflix card due to knee injury. Will be rehabing it back to 100% and will be back.” Larkin has not fought since 2024, where he achieved two first-round stoppage victories.
