Dalcore, a real estate company under Gujarat's Shreeram Group, plans to invest ₹500 crore to develop a YOO-branded residences project in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The project will feature a single high-rise tower with approximately 96 ultra-luxury residences, including 93 apartments and three penthouses, spread over 5 lakh sq ft. Scheduled for completion by 2031, the development is projected to generate over ₹1,450 crore in revenue. Notably, 30% of the residences have already been sold to investors, primarily non-resident Indians (NRIs) from the UAE, Singapore, and the United States. This venture marks YOO's first entry into the North India market, with existing YOO-branded residences located in Pune, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. Dalcore's Managing Director, Sidharth Chowdhury, indicated potential future YOO-branded projects in the Delhi NCR region and expressed interest in expanding further in Haryana.
