He urged voters to decisively defeat the opposition, which he referred to as the 'Delhi Team.' Stalin criticized the incumbent AIADMK candidate C Vijayabaskar, accusing him of being part of a 'slave group' threatened by central agencies. He detailed the achievements of the DMK government, including ₹25 crore in road works and ₹17 crore for drinking water connections. Looking ahead, he promised to enhance welfare initiatives, including increasing women's entitlements to ₹2,000 and building 10 lakh houses under the Kalaignar Kanavu Illam initiative. He called on party members to aim for a 50,000-vote victory margin to ensure a strong mandate against the opposition.
