Shivika Rohilla, an 18-year-old chess player from Delhi, India, has officially become a Woman International Master (WIM) after drawing her final round against Croatian International Master Rudolf Sertic at the first Saturday chess tournament in Budapest. Scoring 4.5 points from nine games, Shivika's journey to this title included overcoming challenges in her previous tournaments where she narrowly missed her norms. She expressed a desire to pursue the Woman Grandmaster (WGM) title after achieving her WIM, stating that her focus was on this title during the tournament.
